  I have stayed at this hotel on 3 separate occasions, as I really like it. It is located just a 2 minutes walk from the medieval city center of Llanes and on the edge of a cliff next to a nice little beach. You should ask for a room with a view - there is a fantastic view over the beach and water. The hotel has got a staircase leading directly to the beach. So if you have been swimming in the cold water (this is not the Mediterranean - so expect cold water), you can run directly to your room and have a hot bath. The beach is child friendly. On one side of the beach there are some rocks in the water, where you can see fish in the water - if snorkeling. There is a large difference between the low and high tide. At low tide, there are good waves, which can be used for body-surfing. The hotel is quite basic - just what you need. However, the WiFi can be reached from the rooms and the quality of service was good enough for me to back up some pictures to the cloud. Very good value for money.

  Lovely hotel with such friendly staff, the views are amazing and the food in the restaurant was 5 stars.. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back soon for certain.
